Bookings & Payments

* Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date.
* Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your contract.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may apply depending on timing and services already provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate event details and communicate any changes in a timely manner.
Vendor Coordination
We may work with third-party vendors. While we do our best to recommend trusted partners, we are not responsible for their services or performance.
Liability
Petals Event Planning is not liable for circumstances outside of our control, including weather, vendor issues, or unforeseen events that may impact your event.
